⏱ Prepaid Bookings — No Late Adjustments
Your booked slot begins at the scheduled start time regardless of your arrival. If you arrive late, your session still ends at the original end time. No time extensions, adjustments, or refunds will be given for late arrivals. By paying the advance, you are reserving the time slot — not the hours you choose to use.
💵 Cash Payments = Walk-In Only
Online bookings are valid only with a 50% advance paid via UPI or online transfer. If you wish to pay entirely in cash, please walk in during operating hours. Cash payments cannot be used to hold or reserve a slot in advance.
🎮 Equipment Damage — Accidental
All equipment at G7 Gaming — including controllers, TVs, PlayStations, furniture, and accessories — must be handled with care. If any equipment is damaged accidentally during your session, you will be liable to pay the current market replacement cost as listed on Blanket, Vijay Sales, or Croma at the time of damage. The replacement will be ordered online from G7 Gaming's account at the venue. You are required to make the payment for that order before leaving the premises. G7 Gaming will complete the purchase on your behalf.
⚠️ Equipment Damage — Intentional
Any intentional damage to equipment, furniture, or property — including damage caused by fighting, rage, or misconduct — must be compensated in full (100% of replacement cost) before the customer leaves the premises. Failure to do so will result in legal action. G7 Gaming reserves the right to involve authorities immediately in such situations. Normal wear and technical failures that occur during regular gameplay are G7 Gaming's responsibility and will not be charged to customers.
🚭 No Smoking · No Alcohol
Smoking and consumption of alcohol or any intoxicating substance is strictly prohibited inside G7 Gaming at all times. We cater to families, children, and couples. Customers found violating this will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
🍟 No Outside Food or Beverages
Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the premises. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase at the venue.
📹 CCTV Surveillance
G7 Gaming is under 24/7 CCTV surveillance from all angles. Footage may be used for dispute resolution, damage assessment, or legal purposes.
🤝 Conduct & Respect
G7 Gaming is a shared, couple-friendly space. Please be respectful of other players and staff at all times. Any disputes between customers should be resolved mutually and peacefully. G7 Gaming staff have the final say in any conflict. We reserve the right to end a session and ask any customer to leave without a refund if conduct is disruptive.
🎮 Screen Assignment
G7 Gaming assigns screens based on group size, game availability, and current occupancy. Your preferred game(s) will be accommodated wherever possible but cannot be guaranteed if that screen is occupied.
💰 Pricing — Fixed, No Negotiation
All prices displayed are final. G7 Gaming does not negotiate, offer discounts outside of published offers, or make exceptions to pricing. Promotional offers apply only under the stated conditions.
🏆 Offers & Challenges
World Cup and Week Challenge hours must be completed within the stated timeframes. Hour tracking is maintained by G7 Gaming staff. Prizes are subject to stock availability and are non-transferable.
💳 Loyalty Card
Physical card must be presented at the venue on each visit. Lost or damaged cards cannot be replaced and stamps cannot be transferred. One stamp per calendar day; minimum 1-hour session required per stamp. Card is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
